Welding Curtains

Welding Curtains are not only fitted with eyelets all around, but they also have a unique snap fastener system on both vertical sides. You can interconnect the curtains endlessly with this system.

SPECIFICATIONS
Fit with 7 sealed eyelets at the top (each 1′) , eyelets on both sides and bottom (each 2′), and 5 snap fasteners on each side for interconnecting, with a material thickness of 14 mil. A set of 7 steel rings is also provided for hanging the curtain on a 1″ tube. Curtain size 6′ x 6′. Packed in a poly bag, 10 curtains per cardboard box.
We supplies two different colors: Orange-CE, and Green-6. A good view from work area increases the safety and eliminates feelings of isolation of the welder.

CEPRO can supply a wide range of welding curtains in several standard sizes or these can be custom-made according to the client’s specifications. Unless otherwise stated, all CEPRO welding curtains have the following characteristics:

• produced from approx. 0.40mm thick PVC
• fully sealed seam all-around with a 5cm wide seam
• have very strong synthetic suspension eyelets embedded in the top seam
• have snap-fasteners on both sides spaced at 40cm one above the other to enable the user to connect the curtains
• supplied with a set of steel suspension rings (for tube Ø 33,7mm)
• packed in a plastic bag including full information regarding the product

WELDING STRIPS:
CEPRO welding strips:

• available in a thickness of 2 and 3mm,
• 300 mm wide
• can be cut and punched to the desired size
• be supplied in either full rolls (50 meters long) or half rolls.
• can be supplied with plastic CEPRO suspension clips that fit on a 35mm Ø pipe.
• Approved in accordance with ISO EN 25980

WELDING SHEET:
They are ideal to protect wide areas with low height.
The welding sheet is 570mm wide and 1mm thick.
The sheet is available as follows:

• in a special standard pack of 4 suitable for a working width of 200cm and heights of 160, 180 and 200cm.
• the sheets have sealed suspension eyelets and are supplied with a set of steel suspension rings.
• on 50 meter rolls.
• Available as cut and finished product
• Approved in accordance with ISO EN 25980

WELDING BLANKETS:
CEPRO welding blankets provide shielding against sparks and welding spatters.
The choice depends on the type of risk, the frequency of use, the proximity of the spark source and the different environmental factors.
