TAPPING CENTER

Tapping is a key manufacturing process used to create threads inside materials by cutting or forming. It is essential for producing screws, bolts, and other fasteners, as well as for creating threaded holes in metal parts. This process can be done manually or with automated machinery, depending on production needs.

CNC Tapping:

CNC tapping is a common and efficient process that relies on computer numerical control (CNC) machines to pre-program and control the tapping operation. This allows for accurate and consistent internal threading according to precise specifications. The process involves drilling a hole, which is then tapped and chamfered at the end to accommodate screws or bolts. CNC tapping ensures high efficiency and accuracy, especially for complex or high-volume production.

Tapping Tools:

The tool used in tapping is called a tap. It is inserted into a pre-drilled hole and rotated to cut threads as it moves. Different taps are available based on the hole type, including hand taps and power taps. Hand taps are common and include taper taps, bottoming taps, and plug taps, each designed for specific threading needs.

Powerful Type: Designed for heavy-duty applications, this model handles demanding drilling and threading tasks with robustness, ensuring reliable performance in tough environments.

Precision Machining: Delivers high accuracy for detailed work, making it ideal for applications that require precise threading and drilling to achieve intricate designs and components.
Auto Pallet Changer: Boosts productivity by automatically changing workpieces, minimizing downtime, and streamlining operations, which significantly enhances overall efficiency.
Horizontal machining center (HMC) is a type of CNC machine where the spindle is oriented horizontally, parallel to the work table. This design allows for efficient chip removal and is ideal for large-scale and fast production environments. Their ability to cut workpieces from multiple angles makes them particularly effective for creating grooves, slots, and gears. The horizontal spindle orientation facilitates smoother surface finishes by reducing vibration and improving chip clearance, which minimizes the need for extensive post-machining finishing. HMCs are particularly well-suited for handling large and heavy workpieces, making them valuable in industries. With features like automated pallet changers, HMCs reduce manual handling and labor costs, significantly boosting productivity and operational efficiency. Overall, HMCs are known for their versatility, accuracy, and ability to manage high-volume production runs effectively.

We have two series: BT-40 and BT-50, each suited for different machining needs. Our Horizontal Machining Centers are built for efficient and precise machining of large, heavy parts. The horizontal spindle design supports the workpiece well and makes it easier to remove chips. These machines are ideal for high-volume production and complex tasks providing reliable performance and high accuracy

5-AXIS HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

A 5-axis horizontal machining center (HMC) is a sophisticated CNC machine tool that combines the capabilities of a horizontal machining center with five axes of movement. Unlike standard HMCs, which typically offer three linear axes (X, Y, and Z) and one rotational axis (A or B), a 5-axis HMC includes an additional rotational axis. This allows for more complex and versatile machining operations

In a 5-axis HMC:

The X, Y, and Z axes move the workpiece in three linear directions.
The A and B axes rotate the workpiece or the tool, enabling access to the part from various angles.
This multi-axis configuration allows for simultaneous machining from multiple angles, reducing the need for repositioning and setup between operations.

BORING & MILLING MACHINE

Boring machining is a precise process used to refine and enlarge holes that have already been drilled or cast. Unlike drilling, which creates new holes, boring machining focuses on enhancing the size and accuracy of existing holes. This boring technique is ideal for applications requiring high precision and a smooth finish, offering better accuracy than drilling, especially when widening holes.

There are various tools used for boring, each designed for specific boring tasks. Lathes are great for precise boring on smaller parts, while boring mills handle larger pieces that need extensive boring work. Jig borers are perfect for detailed and highly accurate boring operations. Regardless of the tool, boring machining generally performs three key functions: it enlarges holes to achieve the correct size and finish, creates concentric holes to ensure proper alignment and diameter, and straightens or corrects existing holes to fix any casting defects. By using boring machining, you can achieve exceptional precision and quality in your boring projects. In the boring process, the boring tool is precisely positioned into the existing hole in the workpiece while the workpiece remains stationary. The boring tool rotates and scrapes away the unwanted material from the inner wall of the hole.

The TBT-130H and TBT-160 series feature a symmetric double wall column, dual Y-axis guide rails with 4-face contact, and a low-friction air-floated movable face for enhanced precision. These boring and milling machines combine boring, drilling, and milling in one unit, ideal for large, complex parts. They streamline production by handling multiple tasks simultaneously, improving efficiency and accuracy

HORIZONTAL CNC LATHE

A horizontal CNC lathe is a type of machine tool designed for precise and efficient turning operations.
