Double Column Machining Centers

Spindle Setup that Stays Cool & Steady
The spindle head sits close to the Z-axis, which means it doesn’t bend or shift easily even when cutting from the side. It's powered by a strong motor and has a special rectangular gearbox design that helps keep the temperature even. That means less heat, less distortion, and more precise work.
Two-Speed Gearbox
You can switch between high and low spindle speeds easily. The gears are carefully treated and ground, so they run quietly and last a long time.
Spindle Oil Cooler
The built-in oil cooler keeps things at the right temperature, helping the spindle and gearbox last longer while staying accurate.
Smooth Head Movement with No Extra Noise
The machine uses a combo of hydraulic power and nitrogen gas to balance the weight of the spindle head. This setup keeps things quiet, reduces vibration, and helps the head move more smoothly during work.
Super Stable Beam Support
There’s a ladder-style support system on the beam with heavy-duty linear guides. three blocks on each side. This keeps the spindle steady, especially when moving along the Y-axis.
Flexible Milling Head for Complex Jobs
The universal milling head is tough, fast, and precise. It can rotate in two directions with 2.5° accuracy, which is perfect for working on molds or multi-sided parts. You can even machine five faces in one go without moving the workpiece saving time and boosting accuracy.
Laser Calibration for Accuracy
Before it gets to you, every machine is laser-checked for alignment, backlash, pitch, and repeatability. That means you’re getting a machine that’s not just strong, but spot-on in precision.
Heavy Support for Heavy Loads
The X-axis uses a double-V shaped slideway with smart rib reinforcement, so the table can handle heavy loads without shaking or drifting.
Hydraulic Support on W-Axis
The W-axis is backed by a dual hydraulic system that ensures smooth up-and-down movement even under load.
Quick Tool Changes
The automatic tool changer takes care of swapping out tools fast and efficiently, so you can keep the work moving without unnecessary downtime.
