VARO Srl was founded in 1979 in Italy, in beginning it was mainly concentrating towards the production of equipment and accessories for working metal wire. Currently VARO manufacturers the machines for welding and bending metal wire, used by manufacturers of materials in the field of concrete reinforcement, poultry and farm cages, accessories for kitchens and household appliances, accessories and furnishings, wire mesh for fences and safety guards.

Automatic welding Models

The application of Automatic and semi-automatic welding machines is for pre-cut, roll, grilled & similar wire nuts.

SARG: The automatic welder model SARG has been designed to produce medium and large-sized meshes with and without frames, standardized commercial meshes with electronic programing.

SAR: Automatic welding machine for wire meshes manufacturing fed by coil. This model is used for production of meshes such as bird cages, equipment’s for breeding, panel for safety guards, panels for wall and prefabricated reinforcements in concrete, net fencings, shelves and containers for household electrical appliances. Size: 1200mm-2500mm

S2D A/R: The Double table semi-automatic welding machine type S-2D A/R is for wire shelves and similar.

The main feature of the welding machine type “S-2D-A/R” is the production.

S1D A/R: The semiautomatic welding machine type “S-1D-A/R” is for “single table semi-automatic machine” for wire meshes manufacturing.

STM 2D: Automatic three-dimensional welding machine STM 2D is for grids and similar wire products. Special features: Upper and lower head, 2 linear axis process of cross loading the wires of different dimensions and unloading automatic powered by brushless electric motors.

ISA 3D: The ISA 3D is a high-tech modern design for manufacturing wide range of light and middle- weight grids for automatic wire shelves welding machine.

Special features: single phase/3 phase ready for automatic loading of cross/longitudinal and border frames with PC equipped to change parameters.

SAV E/C: The SAV E/C vertical welder has been designed for the manufacture of evaporators and condensers.

STR/STE:  The semiautomatic welding machine STR and automatic STE is used manufacturing Double “T” into wire frames. 

WIRE FORMING

A wide range of wire forming machines with 2 or 3 axis of production to shape metal pieces.

PTE 2D: The bending machine “PTE 2D” stands out from the other similar machines because it is very easy to operate and very flexible in producing parts with two bending axes, This is 2 Dimensional wire forming. 

Special Features: Brush less motors & Hydraulic cylinders completely independent from electronic axes, Very short period training for operators.

PTE 3D: Three-dimensional wire forming machine up to 3 different bending radius. Max. Día of wire: 10mm.

PTS3000/4000: Frame bending, and butt welding are contemporaneously carried out with automatic cycle Max Día of wire: 14mm.

PEM: This is a three-dimensional bending machine with external loaded with pre-cut wires / wire chamfering & Butt welding.

MAS2: This is an automatic system for ring manufacturing by auto forming & welding machines. Max dia : 12mm.

PGV: This is an automatic bending machine for manufacture of wire hanging hooks.

FSA40: This is an Mechanical bending machine for stamped ring. Max Capacity: 40 Tons.

Automatic Cutting for wire /Flat 

TRF: This is an wire straightening and cutting machine Min. Día size : 1.3mm / Max. Día size :12mm.

TP : This  Machine is for Automatic cutting/straightening of square or rectangular wire & particular suited to particularly suitable for the working of flat wire with sharp or rounded edges.

Accessories

These are the Various accessories for interlocking wire processing machines such as reels, trimming machines, presses, chamfering machines and hook welders.

AM-15Q /30Q: Motorized wire / Flat wire de coiler

REF 3T: The trimmer machine is for grid and wire mesh manufacture, working stations for trimming 02 no’s & one upper for mesh station.

SG-15:  This machine is used for hook manufacturing & wire hook forming directly on the baskets.

PRESSA 10/20/25T: This machine has been designed to bend and punch miscellaneous wire products (grids, meshes, baskets, shelves, etc..) or punching, straightening.

PRESSA SW: Machine designed for the creation of baskets with welded upper frame, obtained from our standard press and equipped with an appropriate welding station.

SMU Chamfering: This is an automatic machine for wire chamfering.

Robot Working ISLE

THE ROBOTIC WORKING ISLAND stands out for its wide range of applications and for its easy handling. The metal wire and / or sheet metal parts are loaded manually by the operator inside one of the two dedicated containment templates. Once the manual loading operation is finished, the operator will give consent to the manipulator for the execution of the automatic welding cycle, which will take place by means of Varo manufacturing column spot welders
