CNC plate drilling

DAMA CNC Drilling Machines, DMD Series, are mainly used in structural joint plates drilling. Dama manufactures 2 versions of CNC Drilling machines. DMD version which is the economic version comes with 2 spindles. HDC version is the high-speed version. The machines are good for drilling joint plates, base plates, etc. There are different models based on the work area. 

DMD Series have various models such as single-spindle, double-spindle and gantry type drilling machines. DAMA High Speed Drilling Center, HDC Series, is equipped with coolant-thru spindle. With different types of drilling tips, the drilling speed of HDC Series achieves 2-4 times faster comparing to average drilling machines. The total work area can be programmed to operate as 4 separate work areas. The machines can drill up to 100 mm thickness plates, small thick plates can be stacked one above the other and held by hydraulic clamps. The DMD version can drill up to 50 mm, HDC versions can go higher with boring tools.

Meanwhile, DAMA also puts in a lot of work into the development and manufacture of expert machinery for heat exchange plates, especially focusing on the process for big dimension tube drilling, boring, milling, grooving, etc.
