Tube Laser Cutting

Thanks to 3D laser cutting it is possible not only to make the notches required by the geometry of the joints, but also to make the chamfers according to the correct inclination to guarantee the penetration of the welding filler material.

The smallest Model LT 5.10 cuts Round, square, rectangular tubes, with a 2D cutting head from Tube diameter ranging from 0.5”to 5”.With the TubeCutter cutting head equipped on the LT5.10, you will produce high quality parts. With automatic focus and integrated laser parameter management, there is no need for adjustments.

The next Model LT 7 cuts Round, square, rectangular tubes, open profiles , special sections with a 3D tube cutter  from Tube diameter ranging from 0.5”to 6”. With immediate production changeover LT7 is automatically ready for the next production batch. At the end of each batch, the loader, spindle , steady rest and intermediate supports automatically adapt to the new section to be cut, without ever interrupting the production cycle. 

The Model LT 8.2 cuts Round, square, rectangular tubes, open profiles , special sections with a 3D tube cutter  from Tube diameter ranging from 0.5”to 9.45”. With two independent loaders that can be freely positioned at the front or rear: bundle, step-by-step, single bar. Short part unloading, scrap conveyor, motorized tables in front and rear. You can decide the layout according to the available space, but above all, your production requirements.

The Model LT Fiber EVO cuts  Round, square, rectangular tubes, open profiles , special sections with a 2D tube cutter  from Tube diameter ranging from 0.5”to 6”. With thousands of successful applications in every production area, this is the winning solution for cutting tubes. Offering best in class engineering performance , ease of use and flexibility to process closed, open or special shaped tubes is combined in the compact footprint of the LT FIBER Evo. 

The Model LT 12 cuts  Round, square, rectangular tubes, open profiles , special sections with a 3D tube cutter  from Tube diameter ranging from 0.5”to 12”. With the choice of scrap efficiency mode, you can limit the waste as much as possible. The spindle fits into the chuck to cut the bar end. This reduces the scrap to only 113 mm.

The Model LT 14 / LT 24  cuts  Round, square, rectangular tubes, open profiles , special sections with a 3D tube cutter  from Tube diameter maximum to 14”or 24”. The advantage of laser cutting on large diameters and thick materials includes considerably lower cost per part and improved part quality compared to other technologies whether it is plasma or oxy fuel. The machining precision is always in line with the required tolerances and there is no need to make adjustments later, which saves time when quality is always under control.

The LC 5 on the other hand , is a combined Tube and sheet metal laser cutting machine , capable to work with sheet sizes 236”x 79”and tube diameter upto 4.72” and a bundle loading length upto 21”.

The machine offers Immediate switch over from Tube to sheet and vice versa. There is no need to reconfigure or retool the machine, so you use every minute for production and optimize your investment.
