Flat Bar Lines

In the range of CNC punching lines from Geka CNC Company, there are plantation high-performance punching and shearing lines for accrued angle parts, flat bars, and plates. Alfa Series: Flat Bars Processing CNC Punching Solutions

The Alfa Series is a product line from Geka CNC that is used for punching, marking, drilling, and shearing flat bars and angles ranging from 4mm to 40mm in thickness.

This flat bar processing CNC punching solution includes five flat bars metal processing machines:

Alfa 150 : CNC solution designed for punching and cutting flat bars measuring up to 150×10 mm, featuring a maximum punching force of 640 kN and a maximum diameter of 31 mm.

Alfa 500 is a CNC machine that can punch, drill, and shear flat bars measuring up to 500×20 mm, with a punching force of up to 1100 kN and a maximum diameter of 40 mm.

Alfa 500/150 : CNC system for punching, drilling, labeling, and cutting flat bars and angles up to 500×20 mm with a top punching force of 1100 kN a nd a maximum diameter of 40 mm using a single vertical wing punch.

Alfa 500/165T is a CNC system designed for punching, drilling, marking, and shearing flat bars measuring up to 500×25 mm, with a punching force of 1650 kN and a maximum diameter of 40 mm.

Alfa 500/220T is a CNC option for punching, drilling, marking, and shearing flat bars measuring up to 500×35 mm, with a punch force of 2200 kN and a maximum diameter of 40 mm.

Paxy series Plates Processing CNC Punching Solutions

Paxy series is a CNC Line for Punching, Marking, and Drilling plates, capable of processing plates up to 40 mm thick and 18 meters long.

The CNC punching solution for processing steel plates consists of four machines that can handle materials up to 40 mm thick and punch holes with a diameter of 40 mm using up to 3 punches. They work with materials varying in length and width. Shared characteristics present in the paxy CNC punching series

All of these machines for processing steel plates possess the characteristics listed below:

- 40mm diameter and thickness limit for punching reach.

- A maximum of 3 punches

- Automatic feeder that makes it quick and simple to load and unload materials. It

comes with material clamping guides and a collection of separate servo drives.

- Punching system able to deliver adjustable force between 800 and 2200

kilonewtons.

- Hydraulic gripping mechanism.

- The system includes a Windows 10 PC interface with internet-based remote

support, as well as a touchscreen and built-in USB port

Differences within these steel plate processing machines

The differences between the machinery it is their maximum length. The maximum width of 750 mm is the same for the whole series except for Paxy 1000, that has a maximum width of 500 mm. Their maximum lengths are:

- Paxy 1000: 1000 mm

- Paxy 1500: 1500 mm

- Paxy 2000: 2000 mm

- Paxy X plus: 3000-18000 mm
