GURUTZPE Horizontal Flat-Bed Lathes – Series GL, GLX, and GLH
The GURUTZPE Horizontal Flat-Bed Lathes are designed to be incredibly reliable and precise in their machining. These lathes, which have a monoblock cast iron bed and are improved by a hydrodynamic guiding system, provide the stability and structural integrity required for excellent performance.
GL SERIES: This machine's cutting-edge characteristics provide remarkable durability, accuracy, and rigidity.
Stabilized GG30 cast iron is used to construct the whole structure, providing strong support for high-performance machining. The carriages use a thin oil sheet with centralized lubrication to glide smoothly on a unique anti-vibration Biplast material. The machine is optimized for both high-precision and heavy-duty applications thanks to this combination.
This model is an incredibly versatile creation that can be efficient at machining a whole range of parts, from forming rollers and power generation shafts to threads pipes for oil and gas industries. 
GLX SERIES 
This machine comes with four gilding rails divided into two dedicated sections- one for the tool carriage and another for the tailstock and steady rests. Complete machining can be done in a single setup using this configuration, allowing the tool to travel smoothly and uninterruptedly across the steady rest.
Cycle times and process steps are greatly shortened by this design, which saves a large amount of money.
GLH SERIES :

GS SERIES
GURUTZPE expands its line of integrated machining solutions for rotating parts with the introduction of the GSM Series. To satisfy the highest market needs, this series makes use of cutting-edge technologies. The multipurpose GSM10, GSM13, and GSM16 TurnMills have complete 5-axis turning, milling, and boring capabilities, enabling the best possible machining of items up to 20 tons in weight, 10 meters in length, and 1.6 meters in diameter. These highly automated machines allow for the whole machining of workpieces in a single setup. Reliable performance is ensured throughout the machining process since the swing over the bed and carriage is notably constant with that over the bed, both of which are constrained by the back wall.
