Quarterly Town Hall Meeting
On February 20, we held our Quarterly Townhall (QTH), reinforcing our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Each department shared the challenges they faced over the past quarter, fostering open dialogue and practical problem-solving. The discussions encouraged accountability, teamwork, and the free exchange of ideas. Management also outlined the organization’s future goals and strategic direction, while all the staff were invited to share their insights and suggestions. The QTH remains a vital platform for alignment, learning, and moving forward together as one team.
