CNC BED MILL

CNC Bed Mills, ranging from the A1-3T to the A3-10H models. Our CNC Bed Mills are designed to meet a variety of machining needs with exceptional quality and performance. Whether you require the precision and versatility of the A1-3T or the high capacity and advanced features of the A3-10H, we have the right model for your specific applications.

The CNC Bed Mills come with different travel dimensions: the A1-3T has travel sizes of 28.74" in the X-axis, 15.74" in the Y-axis, and 19.68" in the Z-axis. The A3-10H model provides even more travel space with 39.9" in the X-axis, 19.9" in the Y-axis, and 19.6" in the Z-axis.

Spindle power ranges from 2.2 kW (3HP) in the A1-3T to 10HP in the A3-10H, giving you powerful and reliable performance. The A1-3T features an R8/NT30 spindle taper with a speed of 4,200 rpm, while the A3-10H has a CAT40/BT40 spindle taper with a speed of 8,000 rpm, offering versatility for various tasks.

Key features include precision guide ways that are hardened and coated with Turcite-B for durability and accuracy. The main frame is made from FC30 Meehanite casting, known for its strength and long-term reliability. Dovetail ways in the X, Y, and Z axes provide stability, and the automatic lubrication system ensures smooth operation. Additionally, there is a built-in coolant reservoir to keep the machine cool during use.

CNC ID/OD GRINDING MACHINE

CNC grinders and ID/OD grinders are high-tech tools that use rotating grinding wheels to precisely remove material from metal parts. Designed for intricate and accurate machining, these machines can handle complex shapes like crankshafts, camshafts, valves, ball bearings, and transmission shafts. At TOP-ONE Machinery, our CNC grinders are carefully customized and programmed to meet the most demanding requirements of our users.
