The primary step in the manufacturing of things such as pipes, tanks and large metal structures, these machines eliminated the otherwise slow, inconsistent manual plate rolling and ensured clean and even results in a much faster and efficient manner.

OUR MODELS
Davi offers both 3 Roll as well as 4 roll Plate rolling machines. In 3 roll machines, Davi offers the MAV version, which is the Variable geometry Rolling machine, and MCO which is the 3 roll Double Pinch Rolling machine.
MAV
In the MAV, the side rolls can be moved in and out independently, optimizing the geometry for any application. Positioning the side roll to reduce the flat-end, results in the shortest flat-end for any thickness, thanks to the “variable” geometry, vs. any other “fixed” geometry 3 roll plate roll. Opening completely the side rolls, increasing the bed, the machine can form much thicker plates than any other roll in the industry. Moving independently all three rolls allows the best geometry for any angle of the cone. This is the most advanced plate roll for thickness greater than 60-80 mm,(2 – 3 Inches). A machine apart, with many exclusive benefits, the best solution available in “super heavy applications”.
MCO
Whereas the MCO , offers the most common design in the industry, with the top roll fixed, and the two side rolls that move up and down to pre-bend the edges, and to roll the plates. The most inexpensive roll for plates from 15-20 mm (5/8 – 3/4 inches) thickness, up to 80-100 mm (3 – 4 Inch), and more, it is recommended for limited production volumes. The MCO is called “double pinch” because it performs the pre-bending of both ends of the plate without removing the material from the machine (impossible on any single initial pinch, asymmetric design). As the side rolls widely raise and drop to pre-bend the two edges, the large free access allows to form high stock bar through the rolls, compared to other roll designs.
MCA
In the 4 roll models, DAVI offers 2 versions viz MCA and MCB .
The MCA version is innovative and exclusive in design, to roll plate up to 10-15 mm (1/2 inch) thick. Accurate, fast, easy, and intuitive, it is the most high-tech plate roll for “light gauge” in the market. The machine is controlled, by an entry-level, user-friendly CNC, to roll parts in automatic mode. More powerful DAVI CNCs controls are self-programmable, without the need for experienced operators.
MCB
Whereas the MCB offers the most advanced machines to roll plates from 15-20 mm (5/8 – 3/4 inch), up to 80-100 mm (3 – 4 inch) thick, and more. Accurate, easy, intuitive, and fast (up to 6 meters – 20ft per minute), it is the most high-tech in “high productive mid-heavy application” in the market.
