Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting is the process in which a jet of ionized gas/plasma is directed at the workpiece metal, creating fast and accurate cuts. Here the plasma torch directs the compressed air that will melt and expel the metal piece. 

This process can be done manually using a handheld torch or with the CNC machines, which delivers more consistent and precise cuts.

- Inverter technology
The inverter circuit controls the flow of the power. This makes the machine more compact and lighter. It also increases energy efficiency. 

- Digital control board
The control panel is composed of digital displays and settings. Easy to set and monitor the cutting parameters. It guarantees repeatable results. 

- Pilot arc
The pilot arc/ a small pre-arc is initiated with the LIFT start. This renders in an accurate arc starting with zero electromagnetic interference. The automatic restarting device ensures that the arc continues automatically while cutting the mesh or perforated sheets.

It provides protection against overloading and overheating. 

- Ease of movement and use 
The machines come with trolleys, ensuring ease in movement.
